1. Countries We Ship To
We currently accept returns and process refunds for customers located in the United States only.
2. Product Condition & Return Window
- Product Condition: We only accept returns for new, unused, and unopened products. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Returns made after this window will not be accepted.
3. Method of Return & Fees
- Return Method: Returns must be processed via mail. A free return shipping label will be included in your package to make the return process as easy as possible.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to the original product price for all returned items, except for defective or damaged products.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be issued back to your original payment method.
4. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Defective Products: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
- Non-Defective Products: If you simply change your mind or decide the product is not right for you, you may return it within the 30-day window, subject to the restocking fee.
5. Exchanges
We do accept exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product using the return process above, and place a new order for the item you would like to exchange it for.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
