The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

By placing a product on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract under the terms specified in the product description.

The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:

Right of Retention, Retention of Title

Warranty

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Child Protection

We only enter into contracts for age-restricted goods with customers who meet the legally required minimum age. Age verification processes are in place.

Orders placed by minors are void under Section 109 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Adults responsible for minors who place fraudulent orders are liable for damages.
